WITH THE ANNOUNCEMENT that restoration of some concession items to Guild members will occur, we’d like to know which of the restorable items are the most important to you (the company and union are calculating the amount available to each unit for restoration and the current value of each item, but there wont’ be enough to restore all items).
The newsroom unit and the non-newsroom unit negotiated different restorable items, so make sure you vote in the right poll.

NEWSROOM UNIT POLL
Notes on choices:
- Wages: Restore reductions and the 1 percent raise not paid on March 15, 2009
- 401(k) match: Restore the company match to the 401(k)
- Dental premium share: Restore the employer share to 64 percent from the current 50 percent
- Night differential: Restore to $4 per shift from current $2.25 per shift
- Mileage reimbursement: Restore to IRS rate for photographers and bureau reporters, and to 5 cents below IRS rate for all others
